Hosted by Quick Serve and Dine Out magazines, the Fried Chicken Championships is open to chefs from across the restaurant, quick-service, pub and bar industries – giving fried chicken maestros the chance to showcase their signature dish to the trade and beyond.
This year's live cook-off will take place on 19 January 2027, for an unforgettable one-day showdown at the Big Penny Social in London. Sixteen finalists will go head-to-head in a fiery, full-throttle cook-off where skill, speed and creativity collide.
